The best breakdown is the one that never happens. Planned maintenance puts your key equipment on a regular service schedule, so wear and faults are picked up early instead of at 7pm on a Saturday. CES Wellington's factory-trained technicians set up planned maintenance for commercial kitchens across Greater Wellington, the Wairarapa and Manawatū, including Palmerston North, Levin, Foxton and Pahiatua. Maintenance visits are quarterly or six-monthly, depending on how hard your equipment works.
What each plan can include
Commercial dishwashers
- Routine servicing.
- The Dishwasher Hygiene Check: wash and rinse temperatures against the manufacturer's sanitising specification, detergent and rinse aid dosing, machine condition, and electrical safety by a registered electrical technician.
- Water filter advice.
Combi ovens (Rational and Convotherm)
- Descaling.
- Cleaning.
- General check-over.
Convection ovens (Bakbar and Turbofan/Moffat)
- Regular servicing and check-over.

How it works

- Once it's agreed, we look after the visits and keep you posted on anything we find. You get on with running your kitchen.
What you get
Service reports for each piece of equipment, with gas or electrical certification as required, from factory-trained technicians. If we find additional work, we can quote it to suit your needs.
Asset management available
We keep track of your equipment, with its service history and reports for each item, and help you plan maintenance and replacements.
