Planned maintenance for convection ovens

We look after convection ovens on a regular schedule, so problems are picked up early instead of in the middle of a busy service. A planned maintenance visit gives you:

  • A check-over of the oven's condition and how it's running.
  • Early warning of parts or issues that need attention.
  • A plain explanation of what we found and what we recommend.

Signs your oven needs attention

  • Uneven baking, or food taking longer than usual.
  • The fan is noisy or not running.
  • The oven is slow to heat or won't hold temperature.
  • Door seals are worn, or heat is escaping around the door.

We provide planned maintenance for Bakbar and Turbofan/Moffat convection ovens. If your oven is another brand and has a gas or electrical fault, we repair gas and electrical equipment across all brands. Our technicians are registered electrical and gas technicians.

If your oven breaks down

If your convection oven fails, call us or book online. We offer 7-day breakdown cover. The booking form lets you tell us how urgent it is, whether the oven is gas or electric, and the model and serial number, and you can upload a photo.
