What is different about a rack conveyor dishwasher?
A CTR Series rack conveyor moves racks through the machine, so a stoppage backs up the whole wash-up, not just one cycle. We still start with the safe checks: power, water, doors and curtains seated, filters and scrap baskets clear, and chemical containers not empty. If it will not run after that, it needs a technician. Do not climb into the machine or remove covers.
What does Winterhalter servicing include?
A check that it washes and rinses properly, attention to wear before it becomes a breakdown, and a straight explanation of anything that needs parts. The hygiene check covers temperatures against that machine's specification, dosing, condition, and an electrical safety check. Planned visits are quarterly or six-monthly, depending on volume.
