Check this before you call

These quick, safe checks sometimes solve the problem, and they always help us diagnose it.

Is it switched on at the wall switch or isolator switch?

Is the water supply tap on?

Is the door or hood fully closed?

Are the filters and scrap baskets clean and in place?

Are the detergent and rinse aid containers empty?

Have you noted any error code?

Never open gas or electrical panels or remove covers. If you smell gas, see our gas safety advice on the Gas & Electrical page.

What you get

Service reports for each piece of equipment, with gas or electrical certification as required, from factory-trained technicians.

How to report a breakdown

Call 0800 90 60 30, or use our online booking form. The form asks for:

Urgency: so we know how quickly you need us.
Gas or electric: so we send the right technician.
Model and serial number: usually on a rating plate or sticker on the machine.
A photo: of the unit, the rating plate or any error message.

The more you tell us up front, the better prepared we arrive, and the better our chance of fixing it on the first visit.

While you wait

If it's a gas appliance and something seems wrong, turn it off and don't use it.
If it's an electrical fault, switch the equipment off at the wall switch or isolator switch, if it's safe to do so.
Keep people away from any leaks or water on the floor.
Note any error codes or unusual noises. They help with diagnosis.

Fewer breakdowns next time
