Turbofan is Moffat's convection oven brand. CES Wellington are service agents for Moffat and Turbofan. We service Turbofan combi ovens as well as convection ovens. We work on E-series and G-series convection ovens, the 30 Series with matching prover and holding cabinets, and the E931M light commercial range.

- Planned maintenance, every 4 months or six-monthly, with quarterly visits for kitchens trading 7 days a week or running early to late.
- A service report for every job, with gas or electrical certification as required.
- Same-day response, and emergency response within two hours.
- 7-day cover with after-hours emergency cover. The office is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. 7-day cover with after-hours emergency cover.
Where we work
Greater Wellington, the Kāpiti Coast (including Waikanae), the Wairarapa and Manawatū, including Palmerston North and Pahiatua. Wairarapa jobs are covered by our technicians based in the Wairarapa, with same-day response and emergency response within 2 hours.
