Your dishwasher does more than get plates clean. It has to sanitise them every time. If the water isn't getting hot enough, or the chemicals aren't dosing properly, you might not know until a glass comes out cloudy or someone asks to see your records. Our Dishwasher Hygiene Check, carried out by factory-trained technicians, gives you a clear picture of how your machine is really performing.
What we check
- Wash temperature: measured and compared with the manufacturer's specification for your machine.
- Final rinse temperature: measured and compared with the manufacturer's sanitising specification.
- Detergent and rinse aid dosing: we check the chemicals are being drawn in and dosed the way they should be.
- Machine condition: wash and rinse arms, filters, seals, door or hood and drain.
- Electrical safety: a check of the machine's electrical condition by a registered electrical technician.
What you get
At the end of the check we talk you through what we found and what, if anything, needs fixing. Service reports for each piece of equipment, with gas or electrical certification as required, from factory-trained technicians.
Why temperatures matter
Commercial dishwashers rely on hot water, the right chemicals and enough contact time to sanitise. Each manufacturer sets the temperatures its machine needs to do that. We check your machine against its own specification rather than quoting one figure for every dishwasher.
How often?
The check can be included in a Planned Maintenance schedule.
