If a fryer or range will not light, the pilot will not stay lit, it will not hold temperature, or it is behaving oddly, stop using it and call us. If you smell gas, do not relight it and do not use switches nearby. Turn the gas off at the appliance if it is safe, ventilate, get people clear, and call the gas supplier's emergency line or 111 from outside. Then call us to repair the fault.
