What XLT equipment do you service?
XLT conveyor ovens, shown on our conveyor brand strip as XLT Ovens. They are gas or electric conveyor pizza ovens. We service, clean and repair them. Other conveyor brands are on the pizza conveyor ovens page.
Why do XLT ovens need a clean, not just a repair?
Grease and carbon build up on a conveyor and show up as a poor bake and worn parts. A service visit strips and cleans the oven and checks the belt, bearings, fans, burners or elements, and the controls. Leave that until the oven stops and you are baking around a dead deck. Quarterly or six-monthly visits are how we keep that work in the diary.
What do you test after an XLT repair?
Electrical safety, and on a gas oven, gas soundness and a flue analysis so the burners are running as they should, plus a check that the oven actually operates. The write-up is a service report for that oven, with gas or electrical certification as required. Factory-trained technicians do the work. They are registered electrical and gas technicians.
The belt is moving but the bake is uneven. Is that still a repair?
Yes. An uneven bake can be heat, airflow or the belt travel, not only a stopped conveyor. Tell us what the pizza looks like and whether the oven is gas or electric. Switch it off if something is scraping or smelling of burning electrics, and do not pull the covers off.

Same-day response and emergency response within two hours, with breakdown cover 7 days, across Greater Wellington, the Wairarapa and Manawatū, including Palmerston North, Levin, Foxton and Pahiatua. The office is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with after-hours cover on all 7 days.
How do I book XLT oven service?
Call 0800 90 60 30 or book a job online. Pizza shops should say if the oven is down in the middle of service so we can judge the emergency response. Model and serial number from the rating plate, and a photo if you can. Maintenance quotes are on the planned maintenance page.
