What you send us

The booking form asks for your name, email, phone number, site address, whether you have an account with CES, a description of the fault, how urgent the job is, the appliance type, whether it is gas or electric, and the model, serial number and a photo if you have them.

The planned maintenance form asks for a contact name, site address, email, phone number and the equipment to be maintained.

The rental enquiry form asks for your name, business name, phone number, email, site address, region, the plan you prefer, the equipment you need, and any details you add about the rental length, the date you need it, whether power, gas, water and drainage are already at the site, a message, and how you prefer to be contacted.

How it is used

We use those details to answer your repair, service, rental or quote request, and to do the work if you go ahead. We do not sell your information.

How the form is delivered

This is a static website. Submissions are sent through Netlify Forms and passed on to CES Wellington. The notification address is set in the Netlify dashboard.

Photos

A photo you upload is used to identify the equipment and the fault.

Cookies

The pages themselves do not set analytics or advertising cookies. A connected form service may set a cookie when a form is submitted.
