- If you smell gas. Turn the gas off at the isolation valve, if it's safe to do so. Then call us on 0800 90 60 30. Please don't try to fix gas faults yourself.
- Stop using it if it's not right. An oven that won't hold temperature isn't cooking food safely.
- Switch it off if it's tripping or sparking. Turn it off at the wall or isolator, if it's safe to do so.
- Leave the panels on. There are live electrical and gas parts inside. Leave that to us.
- Get the details ready. Find the make, model and serial number on the rating plate. Take a photo of any error code on the display.
- Make it easy to get to. Clear trays and stock away from the oven. Let us know where to park and which door to use.
