Petone pizza shop oven swap over by CES Wellington

The job

A pizza shop in Petone needed its old conveyor ovens replaced. CES Wellington stripped out one Blodgett and one Middleby Marshall (part of the Middleby group) oven and installed two new stacked XLT gas-heated conveyor ovens with electric controls. Our workshop at Unit 39/83 Eastern Hutt Road, Lower Hutt, is close to Petone, so the team could work efficiently on site.

What we did

The swap covered strip-out of the old ovens, positioning and install of the two new XLT units, gas and electrical connection and testing, certification as required, then commissioning. The new ovens are gas-heated with electric controls, rated to AS 4563.

The CES team also moved the shop’s existing services to suit the new ovens, at no extra charge — going the extra mile so the new stack sat and connected cleanly.

Every oven install includes an electronic service report, with gas or electrical certification as required. Our work is covered by a 90-day parts and labour warranty. We offer 7-day cover with after-hours emergency cover and same-day response across Greater Wellington.
